Kimina Counseling, LLC is a group practice located in Central Massachusetts providing therapy to individuals of all ages. We are seeking self-motivated clinicians to work with Kimina Counseling to provide individual therapy, with the option of family, group, and couples therapy if desired. Candidates need to be organized and insightful with positive energy and the ability to work independently. We value our team at Kimina Counseling as much as we value our relationships with our clients; an ideal clinician is strength-based and relational. Peer supervision is available and we will help you every step of the way on the journey to become your own boss! As owners of Kimina Counseling, we are both just two clinicians who started with a dream and want to help others get out of the daily grind of reporting to an office with politics, too little time for self-care and life satisfaction, and not enough compensation for the work we do.

This is a full-time W2 position. Providers are able to make their own schedule but need to maintain a minimum of 25 per week. Providers will have one week of PTO, one week of sick time, and unlimited unpaid time (within reason). Documentation is reimbursed at the rate of $4 per note. Therapy will be through a video telehealth platform with an EMR.

We now offer a higher pay rate for any number of clients over 25 hours a week ($65 per session), and $500 CEU reimbursement per year!
