About Job

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll play a crucial role in helping clients reach their developmental goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, school, or community settings
  • Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill acquisition
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and team members
  • Maintain RBT certification and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications:

  • Must be a certified RBT in good standing (BACB registry)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background check and TB test
  • Passion for working with children and individuals with special needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
