Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Medical office experience is preferred
• Proficient with Google Workspaces.
• Must be able and willing to commute to both Glen Ellyn and Elmhurst clinics.

Job Description:

• Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
• Assist the patients with onboarding, intake forms, scheduling, and billing inquiries.
• Obtain prior authorizations and verify insurance for the patient.
• Provide general office and clerical support for the clinic.
• Must be able to multitask and problem solve.
• Full time
• Must be able and willing to commute to both Glen Ellyn and Elmhurst clinics.
