Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care by coordinating HHA schedules and have great customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Home Care and administrative processes within a Home Care setting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing them with information regarding their care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with Home Care regulations.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and confirming visits for patients.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient care.
- Provide administrative support within the office, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Home Health Care environment.
- Strong understanding of Home Care terminology is required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using office software and electronic health record systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and Caregivers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
