Mountain Laurel Wellness is a thriving private group practice in Oxford, CT, dedicated to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. We specialize in trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Our team values authenticity, collaboration, and whole-person healing. As we expand, we’re seeking fully licensed and pre-licensed clinicians who are passionate about clinical work and want to grow in a supportive, well-run environment.

Your Role

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based, client-centered approaches
• Maintain documentation in compliance with ethical and insurance standards
• Collaborate with a team that shares your values and passion for helping others

Ideal Candidates

• Fully Licensed Clinicians: LCSW, LPC, LMFT in Connecticut
• Provisionally Licensed Clinicians: Actively pursuing licensure (LMSW, LPCA) – supervision available
• Excellent communication, self-awareness, and a commitment to high-quality care
• Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance use, or couples/family work is a plus
