Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in supporting students across Michigan. In this role, you will provide virtual behavioral services, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to ensure student success.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs

Collect and analyze data to guide behavioral interventions
-
Offer training and consultation to school staff and families
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state/district regulations
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
-
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Michigan, if applicable

Previous experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
