Key Responsibilities of a School Psychologist:
As a School Psychologist at Soliant, you will be responsible for:

Conducting psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Providing individual and group counseling for students with emotional and behavioral challenges.

Offering consultation and support to school staff regarding mental health, behavioral interventions, and crisis management.

Ensuring compliance with federal and state education regulations and providing expert guidance on students' needs.
Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Master's Degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.

Active state licensure as a School Psychologist.

Previous experience as a School Psychologist, preferably working with IEPs and diverse student populations.

Must meet all federal, state, and local education licensing and certification requirements.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
