Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Orthopedics Location: Clifton, NJ | Full-Time Join Our Growing Orthopedic Team! Are you a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner passionate about orthopedics? We’re looking for an experienced NP to join our dynamic, high-energy team! As an NP, you will collaborate with top orthopedic surgeons, providing care in both clinical and surgical settings to deliver exceptional outcomes for our patients. What You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans. Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (MRIs, X-rays, CT scans) to guide treatment decisions. Assist in surgeries as a first assist, collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons (RNFA certification required). Provide expert pre- and post-operative care, ensuring optimal recovery for patients. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures in a compassionate and understandable manner. Collaborate with orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and pain management teams to deliver holistic, high-quality care. What We’re Looking For: License & Certification: Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey with orthopedic experience; RNFA certification required for surgical assisting. Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities, skilled in interpreting imaging results, and formulating effective treatment plans. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care. Team Player: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a commitment to patient outcomes. Experience: Previous experience in orthopedics preferred but not required.
