Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, or families

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans

• Deliver ongoing therapeutic support tailored to the needs

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation via our EMR system

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive work culture

• Adhere to all federal, state, agency, and accreditation standards

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut license as an LCSW, LPC, or MSW (Licensed)

• Experience in providing therapy or counselling to individuals with mental health challenges

• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

• Patient-centred approach with a collaborative mindset
