Old Towne Counseling Services, LLC is seeking Licensed or Pre licensed therapists to join our practice. Our offices are located in Mechanicsville and King William County, we also offer the option of a hybrid schedule (telehealth/in person sessions). OTC is a collaborative environment made up of talented therapists to include LCSW, LPC, Psychologists, Pre licensed clinicians, interns and PMHNPs. We are offering paid specialty training (EMDR, eating disorders, DBT, play therapy and more) in niche areas after one year of employment.

If you are a therapist that wants to focus on clinical work as well as learn and grow with our team- you are our ideal candidate.

A therapist that is on insurance panels is ideal but not a must, for a great candidate we will complete the credentialing process for you.

We are primarily an insurance based practice with a portion of self pay clients. There are currently openings for full and part time therapists in our Mechanicsville location.

Salary for full time clinicians, percentage or hourly pay for part time clinicians
