Location: Monmouth County/Tinton Falls, NJ
Work Schedules: Part-time: Friday and Saturday (3:00pm-11:00pm) OR Full-Time: Sunday-Thursday (3:00-11:00pm)

What You’ll Do:

Supports consumers in achieving personal care goals and addressing ongoing challenges.
Transport consumers throughout the community using the company van as needed.
Adheres to the Adult Mental Health Rehabilitation Services standards (AMHRS).
Respond promptly to consumer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction.
Educate consumers on medications, track logs, and conduct monthly audits.
Coordinate services based on individual needs.
Deliver high-quality care in line with Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP).
Accurately document services within required timeframes using electronic health records.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mental Health, or Human Services OR
A combination of one (1) or more years of college, plus related life or work experience equal to four (4) years OR
High School or GED plus four (4) years of related work or life experience.
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new computer programs.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Strong, effective verbal and written communication skills.
A compassionate, flexible, and client-focused approach to care.
