Our state-of-the-art South Boston outpatient mental health clinic is opening soon, and we're actively seeking an experienced clinician like you—someone who has supervised, managed, or mentored clinicians and is passionate about taking the next step into clinical leadership.

Your clinical experience, combined with your supervisory background, makes you an ideal candidate to lead our South Boston clinic.
What You'll Do in This Role:
- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, and administrative staff. Foster a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented clinical environment.
- Clinical Supervision & Guidance: Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development support to clinical staff. Ensure adherence to clinical best practices, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily clinic operations and manage staff productivity and clinical outcomes. Collaborate with administrative teams to optimize clinic performance.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships within the South Boston community. Advocate for mental health awareness and accessibility within the local community.
- Direct Clinical Care: Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 8-10 therapy clients per week, if desired.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work or related clinical field.
- Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW required).
- Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, mentorship, or management of clinicians.
- Solid clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings.
- Strong knowledge of mental health regulations, psychiatric medication management, and electronic medical records.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for community-focused, client-centered mental health care.
