What You'll Do in This Role:

• Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, and administrative staff. Foster a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented clinical environment.
• Clinical Supervision & Guidance: Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development support to clinical staff. Ensure adherence to clinical best practices, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily clinic operations and manage staff productivity and clinical outcomes. Collaborate with administrative teams to optimize clinic performance.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships within the South Boston community. Advocate for mental health awareness and accessibility within the local community.
• Direct Clinical Care: Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 8-10 therapy clients per week, if desired.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work or related clinical field.
• Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW required).
• Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, mentorship, or management of clinicians.
• Solid clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings.
• Strong knowledge of mental health regulations, psychiatric medication management, and electronic medical records.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for community-focused, client-centered mental health care.
