About the Role:

Avalign is partnered with a leading pediatric therapy organization that's making a real difference for children and families across Michigan. We're looking for compassionate, dedicated BCBA Therapists to join their growing team.

This organization provides individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy both in the home and clinic settings, working closely with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, and communication challenges. Their approach is family-focused, collaborative, and rooted in building meaningful progress in everyday life.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about client care but also looking for long-term career growth, mentorship, and a positive work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing customized treatment plans and behavioral support programs for children and their families

  • Collaborating with a supportive clinical team and working directly with parents and caregivers

  • Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans as needed

  • Supervising, mentoring, and training therapy staff to ensure best practices

  • Communicating with funding sources and maintaining up-to-date client documentation

  • Balancing direct therapy work with leadership and supervisory responsibilities

What You'll Bring:

  • BCBA certification or Master's Degree with completed ABA coursework

  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation

  • A heart for working with children and a commitment to making an impact

  • Additional language skills are an asset and may offer additional compensation

What's In It For You:

  • Industry-leading salary & bonus potential

  • One day a week work from home – flexible around your schedule

  • Strong career growth and advancement opportunities within ABA therapy

  • Professional development, training compensation, and support for conference participation

  • Comprehensive benefits package – retirement, insurance, mileage reimbursement

  • Work-life balance and a people-first company culture

Why This Role?

This is more than just a job — it's a chance to build a career doing meaningful work that directly impacts children and their families. You'll join a team that genuinely values your growth, supports your goals, and celebrates the progress you help create.
