Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Therapist
Location: Michigan
Hybrid Schedule – 1 Day Work from Home Flexibility
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + $8,000+ in Annual Bonus Potential
About the Role:
Avalign is partnered with a leading pediatric therapy organization that's making a real difference for children and families across Michigan. We're looking for compassionate, dedicated BCBA Therapists to join their growing team.
This organization provides individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy both in the home and clinic settings, working closely with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, and communication challenges. Their approach is family-focused, collaborative, and rooted in building meaningful progress in everyday life.

What You'll Be Doing:
Developing customized treatment plans and behavioral support programs for children and their families
Collaborating with a supportive clinical team and working directly with parents and caregivers
Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans as needed
Supervising, mentoring, and training therapy staff to ensure best practices
Communicating with funding sources and maintaining up-to-date client documentation
Balancing direct therapy work with leadership and supervisory responsibilities
What You'll Bring:
BCBA certification or Master's Degree with completed ABA coursework
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
A heart for working with children and a commitment to making an impact
Additional language skills are an asset and may offer additional compensation
