Midwest Health is seeking independently licensed clinicians or clinicians that are working towards licensure to join our team of independent contractors - if you have a PhD we think you’re amazing. If you have an LMFT or are an LICSW we think you’re amazing. LPCC, amazing. If you’re not licensed yet, we think you’re amazing. School is hard!

Job Expectations:

· Clinician will be expected to offer therapeutic services based upon their preferences and competencies. Practice options include: individual work, group therapy, family therapy, couples work, etc. Looking for clinicians who work with any and all age ranges or specialties.

· Clinicians participate in the assessment and screening of individuals, as well as the design, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans.

· Clinicians are expected to coordinate proactive discharge planning and referrals.

· Clinicians MUST want to work on an integrative team. At Midwest, clinicians and admin staff are all treated with respect and are valued no matter what level of the education journey they are currently in.

· We have both 1099 and W2 opportunities.

Who we are:

Midwest Health is the new behavioral health branch of Midwest Recovery. We are a group of providers with different licenses and specialties who all believe that talk therapy is usually not the end all for mental health. Our clients are important to us, and this type of work is anything but simple. We work together and consult as a team to make sure our clients receive the best care possible. For clarification, although Midwest Recovery has traditionally only focused on Substance abuse help, Midwest Health branches will focus on mental health therapy services for clients with all needs (not focusing on substance abuse).

• If you choose the 1099 option, we are a private practice on training wheels
• We use Procentive EHR systems at Midwest Health
• We offer licensure renewal reimbursement
