Schedule: 8-hour day, night, swing, or weekend shifts
Beeper call shifts required
Strong background in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and psychiatric stabilization
Experience managing treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions preferred
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
