Are you seeking a new opportunity within a school district? Blazer Works is proud to partner with an exceptional school district in Santa Clara, California, to find a dedicated School Psychologist for the current school year!

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate School Psychologist to support students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with educators, parents, and administrators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine students' academic and behavioral needs through standardized tests, interviews, and observations.

  • Provide counseling, intervention, and support services for students facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop behavior management plans and effective intervention strategies.

  • Serve as a resource by offering workshops, training sessions, and materials on mental health, learning disabilities, and crisis intervention.

Caseload Details:

  • Grade Levels: PK-12th

  • Evaluations: Approximately 50-60 per year

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology

  • California State License required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly pay: $38 - $43 per hour

  • Weekly pay (W-2 classification)
