Patient Care Coordinator/ TMS Technician- PCC/TMS Tech
Location: Manhattan, KS Reports To: Facility Director
Effective Date: 8 March 2025 FLSA Status: Hourly $23-$26/hour

We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator and TMS Tech to join our world-class mental and behavioral healthcare practice, aimed at saving lives every day!

Katie’s Way Plus is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and driven Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) / TMS Technician to join our team. We are a top-tier behavioral health clinic specializing in medication management, deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS), and comprehensive mental health care for active-duty service members, veterans, and their families.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong communication skills, a deep sense of empathy, and the ability to provide emotional support to patients during their treatment journey. This role requires medical knowledge for vitals monitoring, a commitment to delivering exceptional care, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients undergoing dTMS treatments.
Assist mental health providers with patient care, intakes, and assessments.
Perform vital sign monitoring and ensure accurate medical documentation.
Manage the patient check-in process, including scheduling and front-office support.
Ensure all TMS equipment is functioning properly, performing routine maintenance as needed.
Document technical support activities and report any equipment concerns.
Communicate effectively with the clinical team, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in mental health and TMS therapy.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in a related field preferred).
Experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of medical terminology and patient care (required).
Ability to take vitals and understand medical documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills—a key part of providing emotional support.
Strong technical aptitude to operate and maintain dTMS equipment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience supporting military and veteran populations is highly valued. Preference given to Veterans.
