Position Overview

  • We will provide training by experienced and Licensed Behavior Analysts.

Requirements For The Position
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual: Spanish
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Kids
  • Near to these zip codes: 91331, 91342, 91343
  • Negative TB test results and clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting.
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs.
  • Good communication skills to be able to speak with parents.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Good driving record.
  • Proof of ability to work in the USA.
  • Interest and a will to work with children.
Job Description For The Position
  • Perform behavior training for children in their homes. (Experience Not Required, Training Provided).
  • Follow the behavior plan designed by the supervisor.
  • Track the overall progress of the child.
  • Aid supervisor in identifying new problem behavior.
  • Inform the case supervisor of changes in family dynamics or any parent concerns/questions.
  • Inform the supervisor of any changes in the client's schedule. (even if it is only one session)
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the client and their caregivers.
