*Job Summary* The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a crucial role in providing direct support to individuals with behavioral challenges, particularly those on the autism spectrum. This position involves implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will work closely with clients to promote positive behaviors and enhance their quality of life through tailored therapeutic approaches. *Duties* - Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA. - Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals. - Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including outpatient and inpatient environments. - Engage clients in therapeutic activities that may include dance therapy and special education techniques. - Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to therapy. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy and addiction counseling. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with clients and families. *Skills* - Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles, particularly in working with individuals with autism. - Experience in special education or related fields is highly desirable. - Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques is a plus. - Ability to conduct research and apply findings to improve client outcomes. - Familiarity with both inpatient and outpatient therapeutic settings. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members. - Compassionate approach towards working with children and individuals facing behavioral challenges.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.50 per hour
