The Social Worker II assesses the patient's psychological situation in order to make recommendations to medical personnel, and provides direct services that ensure the patient's best use of health care services including safe and timely discharges.
Education
Masters Degree : Accredited School of Social Work (Required)
Experience
2 Years experience as a Medical Social Worker (Preferred)
License/Certifications
CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Preferred)
SW-LIC - PA Social Worker License (Preferred)
