Licensed Clinical Supervisor - Mental Health Urgent Care
Mental Health Urgent Care is a new collaboration between Howard Center, Community Health Center, Pathways Vermont, and UVM Medical Center. Open Monday-Friday as a walk-in crisis clinic, this program offers a therapeutic alternative to emergency department visits. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight within this crisis program, supervises Crisis Clinicians, and participates in the program's multidisciplinary leadership team. This position is open to applicants seeking full-time or part-time (25-30 hours).

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical services to individuals and groups, including clinical evaluation, treatment, coordination of services, and completion of necessary documentation.
- Deliver direct service at 55%, with fluctuations based on the number of supervisees and administrative tasks.
- Supervise 1-3 clinicians, providing individual and group clinical supervision, administrative supervision, job performance evaluations, and clinical licensure recommendations.
- Perform administrative and program duties, including hiring, reports, staff activities, and other tasks as requested.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a mental health field.
- Clinical License required (i.e., LICSW, LCMHC, or Psychologist Master) and eligibility to supervise for licensure.
- Strong managerial and clinical skills.
- Experience managing crisis situations.
- Demonstrated supervisory and/or leadership experience.
- Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle.
Structure:
- Full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time (25-30 hours).
- Exempt position.
- Starting salary range: $63,880 - $71,865, prorated for part-time.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
