You’ll be joining a GREAT team consisting of a team of seasoned medical professionals and educators including an APRN, RN, and former school network leader.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate professional with an entrepreneurial spirit looking to take their career to the next level. As the initial Clinical Supervisor on our team you will be responsible for and lead the way in:

  • Collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer to expand the company’s footprint including increasing the client base and expanding service offerings.
  • Mentoring, supervising and evaluating clinical performance of clinical staff.
  • Supervising and ensuring the completion of effective and evidence-based treatments.
  • Conducting regular observation of clients and collaborating with staff to ensure successful and consistent program for clients
  • Collaborating with other professionals within the company to help decrease socially inappropriate behaviors and increase learning behaviors.
  • Establishing the quality of care expectations and maintaining high standards of care including developing audit forms/quality checklists, and other documentation.
  • Collaborating with the management team to provide best outcomes for the clients, families, and company.
  • Training behavior interventionists, parents, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plans
  • Training new hires on how to collect data utilizing data collection software
  • Ensuring maximum contract fulfillment for all authorized clinical services
  • Conducting team meetings in order to update client treatment plans and to support behavior interventionists and parents on the team
  • Conducting initial assessments
  • Writing progress reports for each client’s funding source ensuring timely submission so no lapse in coverage occurs
  • Conducting annual performance evaluations
  • Providing staff supervision
  • Performing other job duties as needed/necessary
  • Member of the management team serving as a clinical representative both internally and public facing.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or other related area
  • 3 years’ minimum experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and instructors how to implement these interventions
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, have access to reliable transportation and have proof of automobile insurance
  • Complete and pass livescan fingerprint check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience working as a behavior supervisor or Sr. level BCBA designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and instructors how to implement these interventions
