Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team ASAP. The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in providing support and enhancing the quality of life for our clients through applied behavior analysis techniques. That has Mediciad Provider.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist clients in developing social skills, communication, and daily living skills.
• Provide direct support to clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of medical records.
• Document all interactions and progress notes in accordance with agency policies.

Skills

• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis.
• Proficiency in maintaining medical documentation and records management.
• Strong patient care skills, emphasizing empathy and understanding.
• Familiarity with behavioral health practices related to autism spectrum disorders.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
