Responsibilities:
Interns are actively involved in tasks across micro, mezzo, and macro levels, including:

Clinical Skills:

Conduct individual therapy sessions
Perform client assessments
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Organizational Skills:

Participate in business operations
Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives
Manage social media platforms
Develop educational and promotional resources
Community Engagement:

Facilitate workshops and group sessions
Represent TKCC at community and marketing events
Contribute to policy development and systems work

RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who are:

Educational Standing:

Currently enrolled in a graduate program in social work, clinical mental health, psychology, or a related field
Commitment:

Able to commit to 12-15 hours per week, including at least two full weekday hours, for a minimum of two consecutive semesters
Passion and Interest:

Dedicated to advocating for marginalized communities
Interested in leadership roles, private practice, or clinic operations
Eager to integrate business and clinical skills
