What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for our clinic, greeting patients with a warm smile and positive attitude.

• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records with precision.

• Handle administrative tasks like data entry, document management, and office communications.

• Process payments and manage patient information with confidentiality and care.

• Keep the office running smoothly by staying organized and proactive.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to commute to Lake Oswego, OR. (no remote work).
