As we are an ambitious new practice, this posting is looking for candidates who would like to work in-person in our brand new office space or have a hybrid schedule.

For full-time employees (24+ client contact hours per week):

What You’ll Do:
- Skillfully utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, etc.) with clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate records, including intake evaluations, diagnosis and treatment plans, within established timelines.
- Foster and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance, ensuring clients feel heard and supported.
- Maintain therapeutic boundaries and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, state laws, and social work ethics.
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans every 90 days.
- Assess for risks, including suicidality, and develop safety plans as needed.
- Provide appropriate referrals for clients presenting outside your scope of competence.
- Attend weekly individual and group supervision sessions, coming prepared to engage and receive feedback.
- Maintain licensure and track continuing education requirements, ensuring compliance with all professional standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current LCSW or LCSW-A license in North Carolina.
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Strong emotional regulation, interpersonal skills, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
- Willingness to work with people who have suicidal ideation, severe symptoms of trauma, and dissociative or personality disorders.
- Ability to maintain integrity and follow through on commitments.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusivity.
- Contribute to a supportive work environment, including effectively and professionally challenging us to grow.
- Evening and afternoon availability preferred.
