We are a nonprofit organization who provides Individual, Couples and Family Therapy, for children, teens and adults.

We are looking for...

An Associate who is a "go getter," and understands the nature of Private practice.
An Associate Therapist who specialize in (or would like to pursue/learn) EMDR, IFS, or Attachment Therapy.
An Associate who is well versed in the Gottman Method and/or EFT, for our clients who are seeking Couple's Therapy.

Remote or In-Person

This depends on you or your client. We have therapists that take In-Person clients once a week.
In-Person therapy sessions are conducted at our office in downtown San Diego.

Key Responsibilities

Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates clinical treatment plans for the diagnosis, treatment, and/or referral of clients with personality disorders.
Participates in group and individual supervision.
Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, and groups.
May develop and conduct psychoeducational classes and groups.
Prepares intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries and maintains ongoing confidential records. Complete treatment and progress notes using the organization’s electronic health record, in accord with state and NCQA regulations and in keeping with accepted community standards.
Utilizes resources of public and private agencies and community organizations to meet the needs of the members treatment to include referrals to external resources, as appropriate.
Participates in departmental program development, implementation and evaluation.
Reports safety concerns to mandated reporting agencies.

Basic Qualifications

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or another related mental health field.
Registered with the Board of Behavioral Science as an APCC or AMFT.
We are current not hiring ASW.
