NorthKey Community Care is seeking a Supervisor of Behavioral Health Services responsible for the operations and direction of all service delivery of the Behavioral Health Services Team at our Newport and Covington locations. Program oversight includes mental health services, mental health assessments, and behavioral health care coordination. The successful candidate MUST have a master's Degree in the behavioral healthcare field and MUST be Independently Licensed in KY.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline.
- Independent license is REQUIRED. (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD)
- Able to meet the requirements of a Kentucky Qualified Mental Health Professional.
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to multitask.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Clinical experience required and supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the administration and management of daily clinic operations and supervision staff to include interviewing, hiring, the training process, employee evaluations, performance reviews, coaching and disciplinary processes to align employee performance and behaviors.
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision to assigned staff. Provide guidance concerning day-to-day delivery of program elements to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor case assignments, review billable hours and staff productivity on a weekly basis. Ensure staff are submitting accurate and timely paperwork related to the services being provided to clients.
- Coordinate quality assurance chart reviews, assessing clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulation and program standards.
- Assure adequate clinical staffing to meet organizational goals.
- Monitors monthly budget reports and office expenses.
- Clarifies and supports organizational policies and procedures.
- Assist with implementation of expanded services and work as part of a clinical team to provide expanded services under federal grant funding programs.
- Be available for intakes and emergency client visits and provide clinical coverage as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
