Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and experience in an outpatient setting. Knowledge around evidence based treatment modalities such as DBT/CBT/ACT is also recommended . Mindful Connection prioritizes teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to your professional development. Individual supervision, as well as a variety of training opportunities will be offered. This role involves providing individual therapy, conducting group therapy sessions, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress in accordance with ICD-10 coding standards.
• Collaborate with team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as Social Worker (LCSW/LMSW).
• Experience in group therapy and knowledge of behavioral health practices.
• Proficiency in diagnosing
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
