E H Counseling LLC is a growing practice that is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-home, Intensive In-Community (IIC) to youth and families in the comfort of their own homes. While also supporting and nurturing our staffs clinical growth.

We offer tons of support! Clinician always has access to their clinical supervisor for any clinical needs that come up. If their direct supervisor cannot be reached, they have 2 additional points of contact. An on call supervisor is always available to answer questions or assist.
This is an employee position and not a contractor position. This means we pay your standard employee taxes and you are covered under our agency liability insurance.

Salary & Benefits: (Per diem, Part-time, & Full-time available)

Per Diem: about 10-12 hrs per week but you are able to do more if desired

*The clinician must have the following licensures LSW, LAC, LCSW, MFT, LMFT, or LPC in the state of NJ

Responsibilities for In-Community Providers:

Per diem: Hold a minimum caseload of at least 5 youth (about 10-15hrs weekly) Always opportunities for more youth if desired
Part-time: Caseload of 10 youth
Full-time: Caseload of 14 youth
Provide short term counseling to youth ages 5-21 and their families in their home or in the community.
Since this position is working with children, clinicians must have availability late afternoon, evenings, and or weekends.
Monitor case progress towards goal achievement.
Collaborate with care managers weekly
Practice sound clinical and case management judgement.
Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
