At the Kryder Law Group, LLC, we have recovered millions of dollars for past clients across a variety of practice areas, including workers’ compensation injuries, car accidents, and medical malpractice cases.
The Kryder Law Group is seeking a motivated individual to serve as their Client Intake Specialist. The candidate will screen new client calls and sign-up clients that meet the screening criteria. At least one year of prior experience as an intake specialist with a personal injury firm is preferred. In the alternative, the candidate must demonstrate that their past work history would allow them to succeed in this position.
The Intake Coordinator/Receptionist is the first point of contact for potential clients and plays a crucial role in shaping their initial experience. This dual role involves managing the firm’s front desk operations while conducting client intake screenings to determine case eligibility. Ideal candidates are organized, personable, and detail-oriented, with experience in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors, creating a warm and professional atmosphere.
- Conduct initial client intake screenings, gathering essential information to assess case viability.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate with attorneys on qualified leads.
- Answer phone calls, manage incoming inquiries, and provide basic information about the firm’s services.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience as an intake coordinator at a law firm.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service mindset
- Familiarity with office software and case management systems like Lead Dockett and SmokeBall
- Duties include but not limited to ordering police reports, calling potential clients, keeping detailed records
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
