Position Overview:

Broadstep is hiring for a Clinical Services Manager in Simpsonville, SC
The Clinical Service Manager is responsible for providing direction and oversight for clinical operations consistent with licensing requirements, ethical best practices, and business regulations for the Broadstep Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility
Additionally, the Clinical Service Manager will be responsible for clinical supervision and training of clinical staff.

Schedule & Location: Full-time, 8am-5pm (flexible), located in Simpsonville, SC.

Job Type: This is a fully onsite role that is not eligible for remote work


DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist state leadership in ensuring all state specific regulatory requirements, contract stipulations and accreditation standards are maintained.
  • Ensure programs are meeting clinical compliance with all documentation, reporting and service provision within all state contracts of services.
  • Conduct clinical team meetings to provide clinical oversight and guidance.
  • Develop and ensure compliance with implementation of evidence-based practices outlined within the therapeutic schedule.
  • Conduct clinical and administrative training.
  • Complete daily documentation in the electronic documentation system as needed.
  • Assist the clinical leaders in reviewing and revising clinical policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by leaders.
  • Manage clinical team including performance, hiring, and training.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate degree in Human Services, Counseling or a related field
  • License must be valid to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in the state of South Carolina - Licenses include LPC, LISW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with mental and/or behavioral health issues that include writing person-centered plans, conducting effective group therapy and providing mental health diagnoses.
  • General working knowledge of the human services delivery system in South Carolina
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of performing CPR and therapeutic holds.
  • Certain services require additional training, experience, education and/or licensure.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPPA)
  • Prior experience leading a clinical team preferred.
