We are seeking qualified and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or talented and passionate individuals hungry to change lives in our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy center in Arizona. Our Center integrates speech, occupational, and physical therapies in addition to applied behavior analysis services (ABA) for young children, ages 2yr.-6yr. Chandler Clinic

Registered Behavior Technicians work closely with clients (ages 2-6) in a clinic setting under the direction and supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), including a BCBA-D with almost 30 years of experience in the field! Behavior Technicians deliver direct ABA services, collect data and implement behavior plans. They are also responsible for following HIPAA Regulations, session prep and session notes, and providing updates to supervising BCBAs.

Required Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providers:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• ABA Therapy: 1 year (Preferred)
• Prior work experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)**
• RBT Certification (preferred)
• Have at least three (3) months experience implementing and documenting performance in individual programs (specific training strategies)
• Ability to work calmly under pressure with individuals who may require additional support
