Job Overview: Are you a BCBA eager to make a difference in students lives? Soliant is seeking a skilled BCBA to join a dynamic school team in Southington, CT. Youll collaborate with educators and families to design and implement behavioral interventions that promote student success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide consultation and training to school staff and families.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and data analysis.
- Work with school personnel to implement behavior management strategies.
- Monitor and adjust interventions as needed to support student progress.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to improving student outcomes.
