Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to provide exceptional patient care. No experience required and training is provided.
- Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain electronic health records accurately
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly if needed -Working with hearing devices, general stock and assisting the audiologist(s). On-site training will be provided and no experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Responsible, honest and timely
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent and professional in verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to learn
- Possess basic computer skills
- Must be motivated and eager to learn about the hearing healthcare industry
- Experience appreciated but not required as we will train the right person on software, hearing device management and more
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 21 per week
Experience:
