Accelerated Learning Clinic and Academy combine ABA and Educational services to provide our Learners with the best evidence-based practices. Staff receive training in the principles of ABA as well as teaching and curriculum skills.
BCBA Supervision is onsite, provided weekly to RBT's and we offer a robust Trainee program for those seeking Supervision hours towards becoming a BCBA or BCaBA. We offer on-going paid training of all staff and a continuing education allowance to attend workshops and conferences.
We serve children ages 2-16
No Travel Required
No Evenings or Weekends
Flexibility with Academic Schedules

General Responsibility:
Responsible for implementing and tracking individual treatment plans, daily goals and implementation of behavior intervention plans. Building rapport with each Learner, collecting data on goal and having fun daily! Reports to Clinical Supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Implements direct instruction in skill acquisition
Assists and/or implements daily hygiene and toileting
Records and graphs data for behavior reduction and skill acquisition
Able to physically manage children, including providing physical guidance, physical prompts from behind, bending and lifting (40lbs)
Computer literacy preferred with electronic data input
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be a team player and be able to communicate well with others
BACB RBT credential is preferred
NV State Certification if preferred
Must pass a criminal background check.
Employment is by Hourly Agreement. All Registered Behavior Technicians are Non-Exempt employees. Competitive pay; commensurate with experience.
