About us

We are a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, BCaBAs, QASP-S, and Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about supporting children's behavioral needs and strengthening their family unit. We utilize the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis to increase desired behavior and decrease behaviors interfering with a child's quality of life. Our mission is to provide ethical and neurodiversity affirming care to the children we serve. We strive to preserve the unique strengths and qualities of each child while also providing them with the tools they need for success. We specialize in working with children who have Autism, ADHD, OCD, ODD.

Our practice specializes in teaching emotional regulation, executive functioning, and social skills to children ages 2-17. We also provide specialized early intervention services for children ages 2-5 to build foundational skills and reach developmental milestones in a fun and engaging way. All treatment is individualized based on assessment results.

Job Description:

  • Implement behavior plans as written by BCBA
  • Collecting and graphing data
  • Completing session notes
  • Communicating with each child's team of therapists, caregivers, teachers, etc.
  • Attend all required meetings and trainings

This position is in-clinic only.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related field.
  • RBT certification
  • 1 year or more of ABA experience
  • BLS certification
  • Willingness to receive a background check
  • Passion for working with children and advancing within the field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • RBT/BCaBA or QASP-S (Required)
