We are seeking an Independent Contract Music Therapist to serve for the following:Job Description:
- Provide one-on-one Music Therapy services to children and youth with congenital disorders/intellectual disabilities/physical disabilities
- Create tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clients
- Document on each session
- Communicate with other team members and service providers
- Turn in timely documentation including weekly invoicing, progress notes, and related paperworkIn order to provide services, candidates must fall under the following:
Music Therapist who holds a credential as a board certified music therapist awarded by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (MT-BC)All Service Providers must have the following:

Resume
Certification/License in respective field
Auto Insurance Professional
Liability Insurance (upon hire)
Valid Driver's License
Social Security Card
Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
MT-BC
