ABA therapist (LMSW, LCSW, Special Instructors, Students with Disabilities Birth to Grade 2)

HYBRID (In person, homebased/ some telehealth)

The Role:

Personal Child Care Development Inc (PCCD) is looking for an ABA therapist (LMSW, LCSW, Special Instructors, Students with Disabilities Birth to Grade 2) to provide Home Based Therapy or Telehealth sessions to children with special needs in the NYC (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island) area. Full Time, part-time, and per-diem schedules are available (pending applicant availability). We offer highly competitive rates.

ABA Therapists Responsibilities:

Delivering 1:1 instruction in accordance with the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
Implementing behavior intervention plans effectively
Collecting and graphing daily data to track progress
Maintaining detailed documentation of session progress and ABA program book
Provide in-home, telehealth, and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
Evaluates the psychological situation of the patient and family
Evaluates the living condition and patterns of parent-child interaction.
Provides individual and family-group counseling with parents and other family members
Consult with other team members regarding the patient’s progress
Ability to work closely with children between the ages of 0-3
Experience working with pediatric patients and addressing their unique needs
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, around the needs of the client.
Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Part-time and full-time schedules are available (based on availability).

ABA Therapists Qualifications:

· Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW)

· Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)

· Special Educators (Birth-Grade 2)

. Masters of Special Education

. School Psychologist

· Must-Have a Master's Degree

· Must be Licensed or Certified

· ABA Experience preferable

· Ability to take cases within multiple zip codes within the desired borough

· At least six months to a year of Early Intervention Experience (Preferred);but no experience is welcome.

· Bilingual Spanish, Hindu, Arabic or Russian are strongly encouraged to apply

We specialize in special education services for young children in their homes, community setting and our daycare centers in all 5 boroughs of New York- Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx and Staten Island.
