Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 therapy to children with Autism ages 2-12 in a clinic setting
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow RBTs
- Participate in caregiver training sessions with parents and BCBAs
- Complete ongoing training to consistently improve clinical skills leading to better client outcomes
- Provide friendly and professional communication to families and caregivers
- Provide and accept continuous feedback for individual improvement and company wide improvement
Who We're Looking For:
Love the field of ABA? Don’t want to become a BCBA? We have career paths for passionate RBTs!
The Basics:
- High School Diploma holders (a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred)
- Experienced professionals who have previously worked with children
- Patient, dependable, and organized individuals with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift, transport, and chase clients as needed (at least 30 pounds as required)
- RBT Certification
