Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 therapy to children with Autism ages 2-12 in a clinic setting
Collaborate with supervisors and fellow RBTs
Participate in caregiver training sessions with parents and BCBAs
Complete ongoing training to consistently improve clinical skills leading to better client outcomes
Provide friendly and professional communication to families and caregivers
Provide and accept continuous feedback for individual improvement and company wide improvement

Who We're Looking For:

Love the field of ABA? Don’t want to become a BCBA? We have career paths for passionate RBTs!

The Basics:

High School Diploma holders (a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred)
Experienced professionals who have previously worked with children
Patient, dependable, and organized individuals with excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift, transport, and chase clients as needed (at least 30 pounds as required)
RBT Certification

Most Importantly:

Someone who fits the description of who the A-Team is as a whole and who genuinely cares, wants to grow and learn, be a cheerleader for other people’s success, and is willing to give it their all.
Ability to be a little extra! We love to create a fun environment for our staff, children, and families.
