Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse / Psychiatric Technician

All shifts are available. Part-time / Full-time.

Location: Baldwin Park, CA

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents with developmental disabilities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess residents' health status
• Monthly and weekly progress assessments
• Review and update care plans
• Admissions and Discharges
• Review labs
• Knowledge of EMAR systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans
• Advocate for residents' needs and rights
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN / LPN / LPT license
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
