POSITION: Therapist/Counselor (School-Based & Community-Based) - Bilingual Vietnamese or Korean

Partners4Wellness seeks a graduate-level therapist/counselor to enrich our care team with a community-focused approach. This position entails providing counseling and therapy services tailored to the needs of students within junior high and high school settings. Collaborating closely with representatives from Orange County schools, probation, and law enforcement, the therapist will extend mental health support services to the youth. Both in-person and telehealth services will be offered to students referred by school staff, administrators, and school resource officers. Additionally, the counselor will play an integral role in supporting our community programs, fostering a holistic approach to mental health and well-being within Orange County.

AVAILABILITY: Full-Time - Open Until Filled

COUNSELOR/THERAPIST REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related behavioral sciences
• 1-2 years professional clinical experience
• Bilingual desired

COUNSELOR/THERAPIST DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide individual coaching, counseling, and therapy support
• Work closely with law enforcement and school-based representatives
• Conduct in-person and telehealth assessments
• Create individualized therapeutic services for youth ages 12-18
• Refer clients to appropriate community resources based on assessment
• Collaborate with our public health initiatives to provide assistance to members of the community

LOCATION: Orange County - In-Person (Home office located in Irvine)

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
