Supplemental Health Care is seeking Social Workers in Chicago, Illinois for a 13-week assignment at a partnering hospital. Acute Care Social Worker Contract Details

• $1,760 - $1,960 per week
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hospital Facility
• Weekly pay
• Duties include but are not limited to: communicating with patients and families to provide social, emotional, and psychological support

Requirements

• Current Illinois Social Worker License
• American Heart Association BLS
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
