Everthrive Counseling, a growing group practice focused on women’s mental health in Trinity, Florida, is looking for a full-time licensed or provisionally licensed therapist to join our office.

Requirements include being fully licensed in the state of Florida, permanent Florida address, preferable post-independent licensure experience, EMDR training, and lived experience as a mother a bonus.

We are looking for clinicians that are available to build and maintain a schedule of at least 25 client hours per week. This is a contract position with the opportunity to grow into a W2 position

We are a practice focused on women's mental health issues and are known for our work in the areas of depression, anxiety, maternal mental health, chronic health conditions, and trauma.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat a full range of mental health issues in adults in a private practice outpatient setting
• Providing individual and/or group clinical counseling to clients as scheduled and in accordance with company policies
• Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to appointments
• Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the service performed
• Respond to clients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made by phone, voicemail, email, etc or through the business website
• Demonstrate competency in utilizing evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches. A passion for growing in a specific area and/or having some specialty training under your belt is a huge plus!
• The ability to self-reflect, seek out and receive feedback, and have a hungry desire to build on your therapy skills is a must
• Clinical documentation, goal setting, scheduling of client appointments on personal therapy calendar, participation in monthly staff meetings, supervision/consultation, and other team events
• Collaborating with physicians and other specialists to develop and implement necessary treatment plans and communicate with the patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc) as necessary
• Timely completion of written records for each patient appointment including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time to time by Everthrive Counseling or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient by the end of each day. Keep patient files accurate and up to date
• Attending mandatory monthly staff meetings and scheduled trainings as directed by Everthrive Counseling
• Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of Everthrive Counseling. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers
• Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn
• Performing other duties as assigned

Compensation

$60 per clinical hour for independently licensed (ie., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) clinician. $45 for provisionally licensed therapists.
