About the Program Manager role:

Duties will include the following:

• Report to your BCBA and High Level supervisors
• Write and model programs, behavior plans and interventions for in-home and school clients.
• Supervise and mentor your team of Behavior Technicians.
• Write reports with graphed data
• Utilize the concepts of ABA in all aspects of your programming (including BIPs, FBAs, curriculum)
• Willingness to substitute for different roles as needed.

Required Skills:

• Two years experience in ABA or one year experience with 12 units of ABA course work at the graduate level
• Bachelor's degree
• Interest and passion in being part of a growing company
• Positive and optimistic approach modeled for your staff
• Ability to sit and stand throughout sessions
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
• Ability to pass background check
• A recent physical stating you are able to conduct the physical aspects of the job and copies of immunizations (must have required basic immunizations); TB test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
