Lead RBT Job Description
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Overview:
The Lead RBT supports operations at their assigned clinic location by providing leadership to their assigned RBTs/staff, maintaining compliance to external and internal policies and regulations, and participating in quality control efforts. Lead RBTs facilitate the development and maintenance of a positive, collaborative, and safe work environment in which Speech Connections’ clientele may receive high-quality behavior-analytic services in addition to providing 1:1 services as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provides an average of 20-30 hours weekly of billable direct therapy to clients.
- Serves as a crisis intervention lead.
- Facilitates staffing of current and new clients.
- Facilitates new-hire onboarding activities for designated program.
- Provides ongoing training for behavior technicians needing support.
- Contributes to the management of certification, training, and other staff-related activities that occur on a periodic basis.
- Facilitates ongoing compliance with payor and other regulations.
- Communicates effectively, professionally, and kindly with parents, peers, consumers, and supervisor.
- Demonstrates clinical, case management, and professionalism competencies.
- Creates and organizes resources for children receiving services when requested.
- Participates in data collection for program-wide decision-making.
- Assists with inventory management of clinic supplies and materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must already be an RBT with some experience!
- Must be at least nineteen years of age.
- Precise attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in active environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- RBT certification in good standing
- At least one year of experience as an RBT
