Selah Counseling & Wellness is seeking full or part-time Licensed and Associate clinicians who would like to further develop their niche with children, teens and families with paid mentoring and training provided to join our teams at both our Springfield and Junction City locations.

The goal would be for the majority of the clinician's caseload to be working with those under 18.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Provide clinical counseling services to primarily under age 18 clients (children, tweens, adolescents, families and young adults) in accordance with company policies.
Licensed clinicians conduct intake assessments and diagnosis.
Engage clients in collaborative mental health treatment planning with measurable objectives supporting diagnosis and symptom management.
Adhere to all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed with Selah Counseling & Wellness.
Engage in team communication and requests including responding in a timely manner
Participate in peer review, clinical consultation and training opportunities
Engage in [paid] clinical supervision each month in accordance with your Board
Timely completion of client documentation within 24 hours of sessions.

Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
Candidates must possess an Oregon license OR have the ability to pursue an Oregon registered Associate number with the appropriate Board (OBLPCT/OBLSW)
Candidates must be able to practice in the State of Oregon without restrictions.
Pre-licensed registered Associates must be in good standing with their Board
Applicants are required to pass a criminal background check.
Candidates must be self-motivated and directed and take initiative
Candidates must possess a strong work ethic and resilience
Applicant’s values must align with the practice’s of transparency and ongoing growth
Candidates are required to have computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize electronic health record software.
Candidates need to be willing to panel with health insurance carriers.

Applicant Experience & Skills:

1+ years of experience providing mental health services with direct client contact hours counseling children, teens and families
Desire and willingness to be trained and mentored to work with children, teens and families
Working knowledge of the principles and techniques of family and child therapy

Schedule:

Selah Counseling & Wellness offers part-time (12-20 client sessions per week) or full-time (24-28 client sessions per week) positions.
Flexible scheduling including late start options
Clinician schedules may vary depending on client needs and hours include at leas one weekday evening to be discussed.

Compensation

Associate: Competitive commission-based reimbursement starting at 40% of billed client hours, which is between $55-$75 per client hour (varies by insurance type)
Associate annual equivalent of $80,000 - 85,000+ a year for full-time 24+ client hours/week
Licensed: Competitive commission-based reimbursement of 60% of billed client hours, which is between $80-$110+ per client hour (varies by insurance type)
Licensed annual equivalent of $90,000 - $110,000+ a year for full-time 24+ client hours/week
Paid mentoring and training in Play Therapy and working with children, tweens, teens and families
Paid weekly case consultation and mentoring opportunities
